Extending usage time

I often find myself extending my usage time without even thinking. So it would be great if there was a feature that would ask if you are really sure about wanting to extend your usage time. It could remind you of your goal and tell you that you should only extend your time if you completed that task.

This would make you think twice and prevent you from just mindlessly pushing that update button.
